الطهور قبل الفجر والغسل بعده

صيام المرأة المذكورة صحيح ، وكذلك صيام الجنب ، لحديث عائشة رضي الله عنها المتفق عليه : »كان النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يدركه الفجر وهو جنب من أهله ، ثم يغتسل ويصوم «. وكذلك النفساء مثل الحائض في الحكم إذا طهرت قبل الفجر. ولكن يجب التعجيل بالاغتسال لإدراك صلاة الفجر.
