يتم قلى الحمة وبصل
نضيف فوقها البطاطس المقلية و نحركهم
ثم يتم و ضع الخليط فى صينية وندخلها الفرن 10 دقائق و تكون جاهزة و يمكن تناولها مع قليل من اللبن لإضافة مذاق مميز
