* 400 غ من موزات لحم الغنم٬ مقطّعة إلى مكعّبات
* 1 حبة صغيرة الحجم أو 100 غ من البصل٬ مُقطّعة إلى مكعّبات صغيرة
* 2 مكعبات من مرقة ماجي بنكهة لحم الخروف
* ½ ملعقة صغيرة من البهارات المشكلة
* 2 حبات كبيرة الحجم أو 300 غ من الجزر٬ مُقطّعتان إلى مربّعات
* 2½ ملاعق طعام من معجون الطماطم
* 750 غ من البازيلا المثلّجة٬ مذوّبة
طريقة التحضير:
* توضع مكعّبات لحم الغنم والماء في قدر كبير.
* يُغلى المزيج وتُزال الرغوة عن السطح عند ظهورها.
* يُضاف البصل ومكعّبا مرقة ماجي بنكهة لحم الخروف.
* يُتبّل المزيج بالتوابل ويُترك على نار خفيفة لمدّة ساعة أو حتى ينضج اللحم.
* يُضاف الجزر، ومعجون الطماطم، والبازيلا.
* يُضاف المزيد من الماء عند الضرورة وتُترك المكوّنات على نارٍ خفيفة لمدة تتراوح بين 10 و15 دقيقة أو حتى ينضج الجزر والبازيلا.
